My first experience using Bitmain-USA was exceptional. I started by looking for dome reviews of other’s experience and that got me half the trust that they would deliver my new miner. I actually ordered a miner around 24 March 2023 for the April batch and I was told that my miner will be shipped end of April. However, I was lucky and they told me a few days later that they had some miners in their warehouse in USA. As a result I received my miner on April 3 just 10 days later. The staff who answered the calls were helpful and very patient. That really helped to ease the fact that I had just paid 8k online to a company I hardly new. Great job team Bitmain-USA.

I have ordered my Antminer S19 XP Hyd. from Bitmain-USA.com and got it recently (due to the Bitmain’s delay so that the late delivery wasn’t Bitmain-USA fault). I have obtain the 250 TH instead of the 257 TH which I don’t think Bitmain can produce any of the 250 TH and I’m not concerned about it (I could be wrong but that’s what I have read online). However; my miner has pull over 257 TH many times when I mining so I’m totally happy with the machine (luck?). Anyways, I have ordered an asic miner before (Bitmain S19) from this company and I’m totally happy with both my purchases. I will definitely continue buying from them in the future. I was worry at first when it comes to buying my first asic miners online too but this vendor is legit and again I’m happy with my miners I got.
